HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR BEVIGO?

A couple of things to keep your Bevigo in the best shape.
- All items should be washed and rinsed before use
- All items are hand wash only
- Clean with hot soapy water
- Do not microwave

WHAT BOTTLES/CANS FIT MY BEV-IGOO CAN COOLER
Our Bev-igloos fit most standard sized 12oz / 355ml cans, skinny cans, and bottles. Due to variations in size with some manufacturers, we can’t guarantee fitment of all cans and bottles of this volume. Our coolers also fit smaller 330ml cans, however they will sit slightly lower and closer to the gasket than the 355ml.
HOW DO MY DRINKS STAY COLD / WARM?
Black magic! Joking. Thanks to the double wall and vacuum layer (a layer where no air molecules are present) in between, heat transfer through conduction cannot occur. For those of you who can’t remember those science classes, conduction occurs when energy (in this case, heat) transfers through contact. This vacuum layer therefore slows heat transfer between the molecules in the air or the surface your cup is on. Our cups are also have polished interiors which help negate temperature changes due to radiation.
DO I NEED TO REFRIGERATE MY BEVIGO BEFORE USE?
No, the Bevigo range insulate your drinks so they just need to already be hot/cold putting them in. We do find though, that putting them in the fridge prior to use / pouring your drink in, cools the surface of the Bevigo, which helps with them keeping them colder for that little bit longer ;)
CAN I USE MY BEVIGO PRODUCT FOR HOT DRINKS?
Yes, all our products are hot and cold drink friendly :)

When packages are delivered internationally, duties/import taxes or other handling fees may be payable and vary on location - these are assessed and managed by your local customs office, and sadly are not within our control.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

HOW DO MAKE A RETURN?
We accept returns for damaged or defective goods. Please notify us within 30 days of delivery by email: info@thebevigo.com. Return shipping for domestic orders is free. Once we receive the defective product, we will process your return and refund the cost of the product minus the original shipping fees. International return postage shall be paid by the customer. To return your product, please email us at info@thebevigo.com so we can start the return process.
